Privacy Policy
Effective Date: July 24, 2026
1. Who We Are and Scope
Viral Dance Video Maker is the controller of the personal information described in this policy. This policy applies when you visit our website, create an account, purchase credits, upload media, generate an AI dance video, contact support, or otherwise use the service.
This policy does not govern third-party websites, social networks, or payment pages that have their own privacy notices.
2. Information You Provide
- Account information, such as your name, email address, profile image, authentication identifiers, and account preferences.
- Generation content, including photos, character or mascot images, reference dance videos, prompts, settings, and the resulting videos.
- Transaction information, such as the credit pack purchased, amount, currency, transaction identifier, payment status, and billing-related details supplied by the payment provider. We do not store full payment-card numbers.
- Support and communications data, including messages, attachments, refund requests, and any information you choose to send us.
- Referral information when you create or use a referral link, including referral codes, qualifying transactions, and earned credits.
3. Information Collected Automatically
When you use the service, we may receive IP address, browser and device type, operating system, language, referring page, pages viewed, timestamps, approximate location derived from IP address, cookie or similar identifiers, and diagnostic events. We use this information to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and understand use of the service.
4. How We Use Information
- Create and manage accounts, authenticate users, maintain credit balances, and provide customer support.
- Process uploaded media and prompts, run content-safety checks, generate requested videos, and make results available to you.
- Process purchases, prevent payment fraud, issue eligible refunds, and maintain financial and transaction records.
- Monitor reliability, diagnose errors, measure site usage, improve product performance, and protect the service from abuse.
- Send service-related notices and, where permitted, product communications. You may opt out of non-essential marketing messages.
- Comply with law, enforce our Terms, investigate disputes, and protect users, rights holders, and the public.
5. Legal Bases Where Required
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information to perform our contract with you, comply with legal obligations, protect vital interests, pursue legitimate interests such as security and service improvement, or based on consent. You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.
6. Service Providers and Disclosures
We share information only as needed with providers that help us operate the service. Current categories include authentication and account services such as Clerk, payment processing such as PayPal, hosting and storage, AI media processing, customer support, security and fraud prevention, and website analytics such as CNZZ.
A provider may process information in another country and is subject to its own terms and privacy practices. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights or safety, in connection with a merger or asset transfer, or at your direction. We do not sell full payment-card details, and we do not use uploaded media for our own general-purpose model training unless we first provide notice and obtain consent where required.
7. Cookies and Analytics
Essential cookies support sign-in, security, session continuity, and core site functions. Analytics technologies, including CNZZ, may measure visits and interactions. Browser controls can block or delete cookies, but disabling essential storage may prevent account or generation features from working.
8. Retention and Deletion
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above. Retention depends on the data type, account status, generation and support needs, fraud-prevention requirements, backup cycles, and legal or accounting obligations.
Uploaded media and generated results may remain available while needed to complete a job and provide your account history. You may request deletion of account data and stored media by contacting us. We may retain limited transaction, security, or dispute records when law or legitimate fraud-prevention needs require it. Deleted data may persist temporarily in protected backups until the normal backup cycle completes.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed for the nature of the information we process, including access controls and protected transmission. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Contact us promptly if you believe your account or data has been compromised.
10. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection; withdraw consent; opt out of certain sharing or marketing; and appeal a decision. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Authorized agents may submit requests where local law permits.
To exercise a privacy right, email support@viraldancemaker.com. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a legal privacy right.
11. Children and Sensitive Content
The service is not directed to children under 13, and users must be at least 18 or the age of legal majority where they live. Do not upload images of minors or sensitive personal information. If we learn that we collected a child’s personal information without valid authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
12. International Transfers
Our providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use recognized safeguards for international transfers and provide the protections required by applicable law.
13. Changes and Contact
We may update this policy to reflect product, provider, or legal changes. We will post the revised version here, update the effective date, and provide additional notice when a material change requires it.
Questions about this policy may be sent to support@viraldancemaker.com. Please also review our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
